The complete system for functional diagnosis of nasal breathing

The RHINO-SYS measuring system is a complete system for the diagnosis of nasal obstruction. It consists of rhinomanometry, rhinoresistometry, acoustic rhinometry and long-term rhinometry. The combination of rhinoresistometry and acoustic rhinometry not only objectivizes the extent of nasal obstruction, but also differentiates its causes (narrowing due to swelling or skeletal deformation, pathological inspiratory nasal collapse, and pathological turbulence).

For special questions, the long-term rhinometry allows 24 hours of insight into nasal breathing under a patient's everyday conditions.

Due to the improved diagnostic power compared to classical rhinomanometry, RHINO-SYS, based on anamnesis and clinical findings, enables a well-founded operation planning for nasal airflow as well as an objective postoperative quality control.
